Shipping policy
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Processing may take slightly longer during periods of high demand, such as sales, promotions, or holidays.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after purchase confirmation and shipped on the next business day after processing.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Orders cannot be cancelled more than 24 hours after they are placed. If you need to change your shipping address or other details, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, changes cannot be made.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 14 business days, depending on your location.
Lost or stolen packages
Aqualya is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If the tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the information provided on the tracking page.
